I'm a learning experience designer in the Bay Area. I started in HR, moved into instructional design, and now I bring an experimenter's mindset to AI.

I apply intentionality in my learning design.

I take a performance-first approach, grounded in the audience's context. I partner with stakeholders to focus on the business challenge behind the request, then use a needs assessment model to separate the real issue from the noise before assuming a learning solution is the fix.

When a learning solution is right, I make it seamless. I break down complex processes and concepts into relevant, functional performance support people can reach the moment they need it.

I bring that same intentionality to AI. I try new tools on real work, learn fast from what breaks, and turn the wins into tools that raise the quality bar. I keep sharpening how I design with AI and comparing notes with a community of AI-forward peers in L&D.

My personal mission as a learning designer is to design learning experiences that give opportunities to experiment, practice, fail fast, and perform.

Luzee was a great instructional designer to work with. She was organized, professional, and efficient. More importantly, she had a valuable perspective when it came to the learning content. Being conscientious about the learner's learning journey, Luzee was always intentional about bringing complex concepts to life in a way that was easy to understand and interactive. She created an e-learning module that was rich but accessible.

I learned from Luzee by working with her. Her willingness to collaborate, her intentionality and commitment, her initiative and creativity, her ability to give input and think critically, and her talent in translating learning material into digital content are some of the qualities that make her stand out as a learning experience designer.
